We are delighted to announce that two of our projects have received the Smart Site Safety System (4S) label plaque under the Smart Site Safety System Labelling Scheme, established by the Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council. The scheme’s purpose is to promote the adoption of smart technologies and innovative safety practices to reduce workplace accidents and enhance overall site safety.
The awarded projects are:
✅Public Housing Development at Yip On Factory Estate, Kowloon Bay
✅Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park – Building 1
The assessment process validated our proactive approach to safety, encompassing detailed risk assessments, targeted 4S solution deployment, and on-site verification of functionality.
