To promote continuous professional development and strengthen teamwork, we successfully organized a comprehensive two-day Orchestra Training for our Engineers and Supervisors, held on 26 September and 3 October 2025.
This training was designed to cover the entire lifecycle of site operations — from initial site preparation and execution to ongoing monitoring and site closure. Through a dynamic blend of hands-on practical exercises, technical knowledge sharing, and real-world case discussions, participants deepened their understanding of effective site management and problem-solving techniques.
The sessions also provided an invaluable platform for cross-functional learning. Participants had the chance to engage directly with our Senior Managers and colleagues, exchanging insights, sharing best practices, and fostering a stronger spirit of collaboration across teams.
Everyone walked away with actionable takeaways and a clearer, more cohesive vision of how we can collectively enhance operational efficiency and teamwork on site.
