We kicked off our inaugural Empower Circle on 9 March — a platform provided to bring together our minority female colleagues from across the business to connect, share, and support one another in a meaningful way.
As part of our Women's Connect & Share initiative, this gathering reflects our commitment to creating an open and supportive platform where women can build cross‑team relationships, exchange experiences, and grow together through learning, encouragement, recognition and opportunities.
