On 22 May 2025, over 400+ participants came together across BSGL again to reaffirm our commitment to safety during our dedicated annual Safety Day 2025 event.
The day began with inspiring opening speeches by our top management, followed by insightful addresses from the project-in-charge and safety-in-charge, emphasizing the critical role safety plays in every aspect of our operations.
The key safety messages delivered to the team were the thought-provoking ‘Are You OK?’ mental health campaign and Plant-People Interface (PPI) risk reminders. These were complemented by detailed safety information sharing sessions covering mental health, PPI best practices, and our major risks and controls.

In recognition of dedication and outstanding safety performance, we presented Safety Awards to our frontline staff, celebrating their excellence in maintaining a safe workplace. To celebrate and share the joy of Safety Day, every participant received a Safety-themed tote bag as a souvenir. The day concluded with a safety walk, during which management conducted thorough safety inspections to ensure ongoing vigilance on site.
