In response to the “Life First” campaign initiative launched by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) and Housing Authority (HA), BSGL co-organized a 5-day campaign with them to promote awareness and raise safety standards on construction sites.
The campaign kicked off on 20th Jun, with top management from both Client and Contractor teams delivering key message about “Life First”, followed by a series of safety training and experiences sharing.
In these 5 days, HA site staff together with BSGL site management teams are going to review risks and respective measures of the on-site bored piling activities, particularly, in the 5 aspects: including 1) Working at Height; 2) Heavy Lifting; 3) Electricity Safety; 4) Working under Hot Weather; and 5) Temporary Works.
BSGL always takes up roles and responsibilities to improve construction safety and is thrilled to Walk the Talk in this campaign to cascade such “Life First” message widely to fellow workforce.
