MTRC Lai King to Kwai Fong and Kwai Fong to Kwai Hing Viaducts

Project Description

The Project constructs overhead viaducts between MTR Lai King station and Kwai Fong station, and between Kwai Fong station and Kwai Hing station. Total length of the viaducts is approx. 1,280m. The works also include construction of elevated stations of Kwai Fong and Kwai Hing.

Construction of barrettes as foundations for the overhead viaducts between MTR Lai King station and Kwai Fong station, and between Kwai Fong station and Kwai Hing station.
– Barrettes: (a) 43 nos., (b) 3.6m & 6.2m long, (c) 1.2m & 1.5m thick, (d) excavation area 5,014m2
