Project Description

The Project constructs a 28-storey office tower atop a 2-storey podium and a 4-storey basement.

Construction of foundations and retaining structures, and carrying out dewatering and excavation and lateral support works. Foundations include large diameter bored piles, while retaining structures include diaphragm walls.
– Diaphragm walls: (a) 1.2m thick, (b) 146m long, (c) excavation area 4,633m2
– Bored piles: (a) 16 nos., (b) diameter 3m
– Excavation and lateral support works: (a) bulk excavation, (b) 5 layers of strut & waling
